 Some directories have us listed as 1552 Jefferson, suite 101. Due to construction in 2001 Commerce is in front of our building now not Jefferson. Also note there are no 1600 addresses between 15th and 17th. Why does Tacoma do this? We are at the corner of 17th, Commerce and Jefferson.

Step by Step Driving Directions:

From the I-5 north or south bound:

Take the I-705 N exit 133 to City Center - go 0.2 mi

Bear left onto the ramp to City Center/Tacoma Dome - go 0.5 mi

Merge into I-705 N - go 0.5 mi (Get to the left for LEFT SIDE EXIT)

Stay to the left and take the ramp that exits to 15th Street
 (the ramp from the I-705 is for both 15th and "A" Street)
 (15th Street Exit is the lane on the left)

At the signal at the bottom of the ramp Turn Left on Pacific Ave.

Go Straight for one block to the next light

Turn Right at the signal at 17th, in front of the Tacoma Art Museum.

  • There are no buildings between us and the Art Museum

  • The light rail street car leaves Pacific and come up to Commerce between us and the museum.

  • The new plaza is between us and the museum.

Up the hill a very short block 17th turns left to become Jefferson

  • Park anywhere you can on Jefferson or the next street Broadway which comes behind the building and angles into Jefferson.

  • Commerce is a one way street here and you can not park on it.

Look for our sign and tri-colored red yellow blue flags and you've Arrived.

Parking on Jefferson & Broadway

We have more free parking near us than any other area of Downtown.
